The fastest way to order Advance Tickets is to go direct to the Box Office options listed from the main menu bar. As with most websites using a PC or lap-top makes navigation options simpler as that is the native site design. Hi I have just pre ordered tickets for the York Model Railway show , this has gone through fine .However it doesn’t say what day I have requested I wanted to book for the Saturday but there wasn’t an option for this? should there have been ? Now I have purchased my tickets without a date on will they be usable for the first day?

Advance tickets are valid for any single day of the three; your choice.
They will get you in 15 minutes earlier than public door open time (10:00 am), however, it may be a different door so please check for signs on the day.
